Partying for me now consists of a 10 mile run then going to Brunzis for a burger, beer, the Pirates, then in bed by 10:33pm.
This time last year I registered for my first triathlon, an Ironman. One year„ 5 or 6 triathlons, 5% less body fat, and %% increase in VO2 max later… I’m registering for St. George 70.3. Fuck yeah!! I pity the fool who gets their ‘workout’ indoors.
